A: A Rebate is a refund of trading costs (spread/commission) returned to the trader. Rebate Exchange passes on 100% of the partner revenue we receive from the broker back to our members, helping to reduce your overall trading costs.
A: No, it will not increase the spread.
The prices and spreads you receive are exactly the same as those offered when opening an account directly with the broker—100% standard conditions. We do not apply any spread markups (No Markup policy).
A: There are absolutely no charges. Our service is 100% free for all traders.
A: Rebates are paid daily. The system calculates rebates from orders that are fully closed on the same day, and the rebate amount will be automatically credited to your trading account on the following day, typically between 11:00 – 18:00 (Thailand time).
A: The funds will be credited directly to the trading account (MT4/MT5) you use for trading. You can verify the rebate in your transaction history within your account.
Member AreaA: There may be several reasons, such as:
- The accumulated rebate for that day has not reached the minimum of $0.01
- The order was traded using bonus funds (Margin Bonus)
- The broker’s system may occasionally process rebates with a delay
(We recommend waiting at least 1 business day)
A: You need to request a partner link through the Exness Chatbot first. Once the linking is successful, please open a new trading account under your existing personal area, then submit the new account number to our system.
Connect an existing accountA: No. The Rebate system will only apply to new trading accounts opened after the partner change has been successfully completed. Existing accounts opened prior to the partner change will remain under their original conditions and will not receive Rebates.
A: If your request is rejected due to existing account conditions, you can register a new Exness account using a new email address through our partner link to receive Rebate benefits immediately.
Open a New AccountA: According to the broker’s policy, Social Trading accounts (both Strategy Providers and Investors) and archived accounts are not eligible for rebates.
A: Yes, it is safe. We only require your trading account number for partner verification purposes. We do not have access to your trading password, nor can we perform any withdrawals or transactions from your account.
